Bivouac Adventure Lodge

Bivouac Adventure Lodge is an extensive of the Bivouac brand adjacent to our flagship taproom and restaurant, It offers a cafe, general store, cider tasting bar, event space and production space all in one. I played an integral role in its creation, from ideation to execution, overseeing design, menu planning, staff training, procurement, and marketing.

As Brand Marketing Manager, I crafted cohesive strategies across the Lodge's diverse offerings, from café to cider bar, driving engagement through content creation, campaign management, and merchandise design and procurement. My role encompassed a wide array of responsibilities aimed at fostering brand cohesion and customer engagement. Through strategic menu planning and innovative promotional initiatives, I worked to elevate the Adventure Lodge's profile as not only a destination for exceptional cider but also a dynamic culinary and social experience that captivates the senses and fosters community connections.
