At Dempsey's Pub, I held dual roles as Social Media Manager and Front of House Manager, spearheading a team of 10-12 servers. My responsibilities included curating captivating photo and video content for social media platforms, resulting in heightened brand exposure, enhanced community interaction, and a noticeable uptick in foot traffic. I managed the establishment's social media presence, assisting with event planning efforts while adeptly capturing engaging content during various occasions.

Additionally, I oversaw the seamless onboarding of new hires, conducted comprehensive training sessions, and meticulously crafted staff schedules to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.
